HELP KEEP THE FACTORY A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE PLACE TO VISIT!

The Factory is a private facility. The policies and procedures below have been put in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. We ask that visitors to the Factory honor them to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

BIKES / SKATEBOARDS / ROLLERBLADES / HOVERBOARDS:
The use of skates, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, hoverboards, or similar equipment is prohibited.

ANIMALS:
Animals other than working service animals are prohibited inside the facility.
​
LOITERING:
Loitering, hanging out, sitting on floors, planters, or trash cans, and congregating or walking in groups in such a way as to inconvenience others or impede traffic flow is not permitted. For individuals under the age of 18, please be aware that in compliance with our no loitering policy, if you are on-site without a planned activity or parental supervision, security will ask you to leave the property. Security will assist with making a phone call for pick-up or answering questions regarding this policy.

HARASSING, OFFENSIVE, OR VIOLENT BEHAVIOR:
The following acts are strictly prohibited: physically or verbally threatening any person, fighting, annoying others through noisy or boisterous activities, staring at or stalking a person through the facility; using profane or sexually offensive language or conduct or in any way creating a disturbance which interferes, disrupts, or endangers mall patrons.

ATTIRE:
Appropriate attire is required (shirt, pants, and shoes). Profane, offensive, or antagonistic slogans or graphics will not be permitted. Offensive attire includes lewd or extreme dress or anything which may offend the sensitivities of others. Undergarments must not be visible.

LITTER / PROPERTY DAMAGE:
Littering or damaging mall property is prohibited. Patrons are expected to use trash cans to dispose of litter. Defacing, damaging, or destroying property is immediate grounds for expulsion and or trespass.

SMOKING / VAPING:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on Factory property. Our facility is a smoke and vapor-free building.
​
ALCOHOL:
Consumption of alcoholic beverages and open alcoholic beverages are not permitted except
inside the establishments permitted by law to sell them.
​
WEAPONS:
No guns or weapons are allowed on the property.
​
SOLICITATION:
No forms of solicitation on the property and grounds, including, but not limited to, the offering of any
Non-permitted sales of products or services, offering samples or free items,
and distributing any handbills/ leaflets / promotional materials.
​
COMMON AREAS:
No sports practices or warm-ups in the common areas.
No photography or recordings of any kind without prior written approval of facility management.
​
PARKING:
No overnight parking, parking in non-designated parking areas, fire lanes, or other no-parking areas.
Parking violators may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Failure to obey these rules or to comply with lawful and reasonable requests by the Factory staff
will result in your being asked to leave the property.
You will be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass if you refuse to leave.
