Weekday Rates (Monday through Thursday)
*$100.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (includes a 2 hours for set up)
*$50.00 per hour for the 3rd hour and beyond

Weekend Rates (Friday through Sunday)
*$150.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (includes a 2 hours for set up)
*100.00 per hour for the 3rd hour and beyond

A deposit of half the total rental amount is required to secure your reservation. This will be applied to your balance owed or can be directed to a cleaning fee for the staff to vacuum and clean the room. The renter is always responsible to take all trash out of the building and into the dumpsters located in the parking lot.

The balance owed on the rental is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
