Weekday Rates (Sunday through Thursday)
*$100.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (an additional 2 hours is provided at no charge for set up and clean up)
*$50.00 per hour for the 3rd hour and beyond

Weekend Rates (Friday and Saturday)
*$200.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (an additional 2 hours is provided at no charge for set up and clean up)
*150.00 per hour for the 3rd hour and beyond

A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The renter is responsible for taking all trash out of the room to the dumpsters located in the parking lot as well as vacuuming and removing all decorations, food, etc. If you choose to have the management staff to vacuum and clean the room for you an additional fee will be assessed.

The balance owed on the rental contract is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
