Weekend Rates (Friday and Saturday)
*$200.00 per hour   *$150.00 per hour for the 4th hour and beyond

Weekday Rates (Sunday through Thursday)
*$100.00 per hour   *$50.00 per hour for the 4th hour and beyond

The space is available for rental from 7 am - 11 pm daily. There is a 2 hour rental minimum.

We provide 2 hours of complimentary time for setup and clean up.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The renter is responsible for taking all trash out of the room to the dumpsters located in the parking lot as well as vacuuming and removing all decorations, food, etc. If you choose to have the management staff to vacuum and clean the room for you an additional fee will be assessed.

The balance owed on the rental contract is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
